Savoy Hotel

SavoyBritannia Hotels bought the Savoy, Blackpool in March 2006. During the past 2 years the hotel has had a multi-million pound investment, restoring it to its former glory.

A top to toe refurbishment including every bedroom has been completed with new furniture and new bathrooms - several with Jacuzzis. All the corridors have had new carpets and lighting, and all the public areas and function rooms have had a complete makeover.

The Warbreck Suite in particular looks very swish with its stained glass doomed ceiling, and many original features.

Re-Launch Ball

To celebrate the Savoy's refurbishment programme the venue held a re-launch ball in May. Clients past and present were invited from the hotel's numerous conferences, banquets and events database giving them the opportunity to see the extensive refurbishment and experience the food and hospitality the hotel is well known for.

Parkinson's Society

The Savoy is delighted to have been chosen to host the Parkinson's Society Annual Conference in November 2008. The event will have over 180 delegates for a 6-night conference, being the largest single event the hotel has ever held.
