The Blackpool Conference Team are here to take care of all your accommodation needs. If you are organising an event in the area, why not take advantage of our free service?

• Check the availability of all accredited hotels in the area
• Match hotels to delegate requirements
• Provide unbiased advice
• Secure allocations and rates
• Co-ordinate and accompany conference organisers on site visits
• Produce electronic or printed booking forms featuring conference branding
• Process all delegate bookings
• Issue booking confirmations
• Provide conference organisers with rooming lists for each hotel
• Provide a hotel desk at your event if required (on request)
